Dear Da Cacace:

Attached is my request that you immediately recuse due to conflict of interest with my ten plus atty and transcriber, Alan Kachalsky esq.  You oversaw Alan’s case of wrongful gun permit application while he represents me and Alan sued you in both state and federal court. Your incorrect ruling denying my atty his gun permit led to the scott’s decision in Bruen. Bruen overruled New York’s denial of second amendment constitutional rights.

Alan typed and prepared the underlying transcripts of the date of the verbal order of protection. This same transcript was illegally changed by judge schauer and is subject of the criminal case.

Please get back to me on your recusal by tomorrow 4/15/26 or I will have no choice but to file to renew my motion for your removal.
