Dear District Atty Cacace, Georg hslapotis and appeals atty Jill Ozembilsky:

Am writing pro Se, seeking your immediate recusal in People v Fishman due to severe conflict of interest with underlying case party witness, my 10 year family court transcriber and attorney Alan Kachalsky in the underlying family court, Supreme Court, Idv and federal cases.

Please see attached letter and get back to me as soon as possible.

If I do not hear back from you soon, will have no choice but to file motion with Judge Williams and the appellate division.

Thank you.

Marc Fishman
